By booking with Living & Exploring Cabo, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies that protect both our guests and our local partners.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Fishing Charters & Private Boats
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled trip
✔ Full refund of the deposit. - Between 48 and 72 hours before the trip
❌ Deposit is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. - Less than 48 hours before the trip or no-show
❌ No refunds. The full deposit is forfeited.
Luxury Yachts & Large Vessels
More than 7 days before the scheduled charter
✔ Full refund of the deposit.
Between 3 and 7 days before the charter
❌ Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.
Less than 72 hours before the charter or no-show
❌ No refunds.
Weather & Sea Conditions
- Safety is always our top priority.
- If the port is officially closed by authorities or conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain:
- ✔ You may reschedule, or
- ✔ Receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Personal discomfort with sea conditions (waves, wind, seasickness) does not qualify for a refund once the trip has started.
Late Arrivals
- Guests are responsible for arriving on time.
- Late arrivals due to transportation issues or personal delays do not extend the trip duration.
- No refunds will be issued for shortened trips caused by late arrival.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your reservation, submitting a deposit, or completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
